By accessing and using DimBlueDot ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

DimBlueDot is an AI-powered game creation and gaming platform that allows users to play, create, and remix browser-based games. The Service includes free and paid subscription tiers.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities under it. You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service.

4. Subscription Plans

Paid subscriptions (Pro and Ultra) are billed on a recurring basis through PayPal. You may cancel at any time from your Settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.

5. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of games you create. By publishing a game, you grant DimBlueDot a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute your content on the platform. Other users may remix published games as permitted by the Service.

6. AI-Generated Content

Games created using AI tools are generated based on your prompts. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publishing. DimBlueDot is not liable for the accuracy or appropriateness of AI-generated content.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: (a) upload malicious code or harmful content; (b) attempt to access other users' accounts; (c) use the Service for illegal purposes; (d) scrape or collect user data; (e) circumvent usage limits or access controls.

8. Intellectual Property

The DimBlueDot name, logo, and platform design are owned by DimBlueDot. Game templates and AI models are licensed for use within the platform only.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. DimBlueDot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
